These terms govern your use of Tangible. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them.
Plain-language summary. Use Tangible legally and fairly. If you rent compute, pay for it; if you share your GPU, keep it available honestly. Don't run illegal or abusive workloads. Tangible is provided as-is during this early stage, and either side can end the relationship.
By accessing or using Tangible (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Tangible is a marketplace that connects people who need GPU compute ("Buyers") with people who make GPU capacity available ("Providers"). Tangible coordinates matching, sessions, and billing. Compute runs on Providers' or third-party machines, not on Tangible's own hardware, and files move directly between devices.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@tangible.rent.
Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices and credit values are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once compute has been consumed. We may correct pricing or billing errors. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may remove workloads that pose a security or legal risk.
You retain all rights to the files, data, and code you bring to the Service. You grant Tangible only the limited rights needed to transfer, run, and coordinate your workload as you direct. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not retain session files after a session ends.
Tangible is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We provide the Service on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime during this stage.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compute results will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangible and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Tangible in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangible and its operators from claims and expenses arising out of your workloads, your content, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
